your afternoon dedicated to gratitude, gentle movement, and giving yourself the space to actually think about the next six months. come solo or bring someone along.
who's it for? anyone who wants to pause, reflect, and head into the second half of 2026 feeling grounded and a little more clear. all bodies, all backgrounds, all levels welcome.
on the afternoon you can expect: a guided journaling session to reflect on the year so far, breathwork, a sound bowl bath and gentle pilates led by instructor, florence goh, and warm company in a beautiful space in richmond.
your ticket includes: a guided journaling experience with prompts, a full movement and breathwork session with florence, and a genuine couple of hours to come back to yourself. limited to 25 spots only.
refund policy
if the event is rescheduled, your ticket will still be valid. if you can’t make the new date, you’re welcome to pass your ticket on to a friend (just let us know their name or instagram handle).
no refunds are available within 3 days of the event, as food and materials may already be prepared. thank you for understanding and helping us keep things fair and sustainable!
