About Event

Living is something we all get to experience, don’t we? Well, it depends on how we see life. And that is exactly what will be discussed in this workshop.

It all starts with the question: how do you define living? To answer that question, we will dive into topics such as freedom, (re)birth, presence, death, consciousness and the role of our emotions in the ability to feel alive. Because after all, isn’t our ability to feel what separates us human beings from human doings?

The question that follows is: when did you start (or stop) living? And no, it might not only be the day you were born. ;-) Answers can be related to what you were taught about living (but what might not belong to you anymore), to the impact of life-events or to people, places, activities or experiences that make you feel like you are living an authentic and meaningful life.

Join us in this online workshop, where we discuss the concept of ‘feeling alive’ in an interactive, interdisciplinary and philosophical yet playful way. If you want to dive deeper into your view on life, reconnect with what makes you feel alive and reflect on ways to better align your internal and external world, we hope to talk with you soon!

"The question is not whether we will die,
but how we will live."

Love,

Clarita and Yarita
