I will be responsible for all personal items and will not hold BlissIn Out Inc., their instructors and the hosting facility or any of its employees or host venues including A Good Company and their managing agent responsible for said effects in the events of loss or theft.
I hereby WAIVE AND RELEASE BlissIn Out Inc., its owners, organizers, instructors, employees, and host venues including A Good Company and their managing agent from any claim, demand, or cause of action of any kind resulting from or related to my participation in their classes, events, workshops, or other activities. By taking part in this event or other activities, I understand and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation in the classes, events, workshops, or other activities.
By participating in this event I grant BlissIn Out permission to take photographs and videos of me. I understand that these images may be used in future promotional materials, website updates, and social media posts without compensation or approval. If I do not wish to be photographed, I will notify the organizers on-site.
