Unbounded is a rooftop sound and acupuncture experience designed to get you above the noise and back into your body.
Marianna of Grata Wellness leads gentle breath work and a full-body sound bath while Dr. Nicole of Haystack Acupuncture needles guests live in the experience.
Chantha Thach closes the evening with guided journaling to help you hold onto what surfaced.
