Nutrients to Support the Mitochondria

Mitochondrial support involves more than selecting the latest or most popular compound. The effectiveness of targeted nutrients depends on the membrane architecture and foundational cofactors required for mitochondrial function.

In this webinar, BodyBio Lead Clinical Educator Justine Stenger examines CoQ10, PQQ, urolithin A, NAD precursors, resveratrol, riboflavin, and alpha-lipoic acid through two key lenses: where each compound acts within the mitochondria and what human clinical trials actually measure.

You’ll learn where the evidence is strongest, where a compound’s reputation may run ahead of the data, and how to evaluate commonly used mitochondrial nutrients more critically.

The presentation concludes with a practical order of operations—from reducing industrial seed oils and rebuilding membranes with phospholipids to addressing cofactor gaps and introducing targeted signaling compounds once the membrane foundation is in place.

A recording of this webinar will be available on the BodyBio Practitioner Website with a valid HCP account after the live event. Don’t have an account yet? Apply now.
