The Anti-Resolution Reset: 10 in 10 for Real Life is a free, live wellness session designed for women who want to feel better this year, without burning themselves out in the process.

Instead of extreme resolutions or rigid plans, I’ll walk you through my signature 10 in 10 framework:
ten simple, realistic shifts you can make over ten weeks to restore energy, regulate stress, and reconnect with your body, in a way that actually fits real life.
