Impact Lab for NGOs is the perfect blend of practical skill-building, reflective practice and peer learning non-profit organizations need in the 21st century. It is designed by non-profit professionals for non-profit professionals.
Through 20 hours of interactive sessions, this learning journey delivers the tools and mindset to lead with confidence, strengthen financial mastery, and create meaningful collaboration across teams.
Over the course of 6 weeks, we explore non-profit leadership, upskilling your toolkit to lead with impact.
We dive into building and maintaining strong finances using real-life case studies. In addition to breaking the silo culture and improving cross-team collaboration, participants also find their own voice as effective storytellers.
Through live webinars, group tasks and self-paced learning materials, we support you in transforming how you approach the challenges of the non-profit world.
The course comprises 20 hours of interactive learning supported by peer-learning and additional materials. Guest speakers from local and international NGOs bring their perspectives and insights.
In addition to 4 live webinars, we run an AMA session to ensure all your questions are answered.
Participants also receive 2 hours of 1-1 coaching to support their learning and transformation.

Who are your trainers?
Hande is a Transformational Leadership Coach and Trainer who focuses on supporting individuals and teams to improve core skills such as leadership, communication and managing change. She brings almost two decades of technical and practical experience in international development.
Borana is an International Finance Consultant with more than a decade of experience in non-profit financial management. She supports non-profit organizations with financial management, accounting services, and tailored training programmes.
