​This is a small experiment, co created by the IAF Future Now Community and Beth Cougler Blom, facilitator, learning designer, and podcast host based in Canada.

​Together, we’re opening up the microphone to the community.

​The idea is simple and very intentional.
Create a space that feels open, honest, and human.

​❌ No panels
❌ No presentations
❌ No experts performing on a stage

​We're opening the microphone to all facilitators under 35 to gather for a 75 minute Zoom conversation about what facilitation feels like right now.

​Especially if you are early on in your facilitation career and you're still figuring things out as they go.

​We’ll explore questions like:

• ​What are newer facilitators thinking about today?

• ​What feels exciting, challenging, or uncertain in your work?

• ​What do you want to learn from more experienced facilitators?

• ​What could the wider field learn from your experience?

​Beth and the Future Now team will be part of the conversation, but our role is mostly to listen and hold the space.
