TGIF! Drop-in Project Time

​Come work on a passion project, emerging local scheme, or nugget of an idea of yours alongside other people doing the same thing.

​Maybe you’re designing a flyer, working out campaign strategy, writing an essay for a zine, or dreaming up a new event series you want to host in New Haven.

​Move from daydreaming to doing.

​Get that random idea out of your head.

​Have the most generative water cooler chat of your life (we are working on getting a real water cooler but will have a symbolic one for now.)

​Drop by for an hour (or a few!) and enjoy multiple workspaces, air-conditioning, high speed wi-fi, craft materials, and support from peers also working on something cool. No calls or zoom, computers OK, hands-on making or writing even better.

​New Haven is better when there are more people doing more projects. It’s easy to sideline this work and forget to make time for it. It’s even easier for it to feel lonely. GROUP PROJECT hopes to fan the flames of community-building skills by supporting locally-focused projects that might otherwise not get the love, time, and attention they deserve.
