Yoga workshop | Cyclicality is a superpower
An embodied, somatic Kundalini-flavoured yoga practice for women ready to lead. Think leadership development meets yoga.
A gathering for women redefining what leadership looks and feels like — beginning from the body, not the mind.
Led by Ruth Penfold, this practice brings together over a decade of yoga teaching with an evolution into deeply embodied work rooted in somatics, nervous system intelligence, and Kundalini energy. Designed specifically for women navigating leadership, growth, and change, the session supports participants to access the energy required to be fully themselves in the world.
Cyclicality is a superpower.
Rather than striving for constant output, this practice honours the natural rhythms that shape women’s energy. Within a single month, women move through distinct energetic phases — each offering unique strengths, sensitivities, insight, and power. Much of our forgotten wisdom lives within this rhythm, and this practice is built in reverence to it.
Through breathwork, somatic movement, subtle activation, and grounding sequences, participants will explore how to regulate the nervous system, access life force energy, and move intentionally between activation and restoration.
This is not about pushing harder.
It is about remembering who you are.
Expect grounding. Activation. Release. Clarity.
Participants will leave feeling more aligned, more powerful, and more connected to their own embodied leadership.
