Girl Scout Level: Brownie & Junior

Program Description: Explore two new, hands-on science workshops designed to spark curiosity and critical thinking!

Brownies: Examine fingerprints up close and learn to identify common fingerprint patterns, including loops, arches, and whorls. Investigate fruit flies under a microscope and observe fascinating genetic mutations as you step into the world of forensic science.
Juniors: Investigate a mock crime scene using real-world lab tools like micropipettes and gel electrophoresis, a technique used to separate and analyze DNA. Compare DNA fingerprint samples and uncover hidden clues to solve the mystery.
