Apartment building entrance located to the right of Milkcrate Cafe. Look for the black awning above the door that says “Franklin Court.”
Look up “T Velasco” on the intercom, dial and I’ll buzz you in.
Accessibility: No elevator, couple steps up to apartment building, three flights of stairs to landing.
Public Transportation: accessible by the T2, T3, T4 and T5 Trolleys. The T2 drops you off directly in front of the building. A few blocks from the 42 and 21 buses. Many blocks away is the 46th St L stop.
Madame Biscuit’s Disco Pig Palace Guest Etiquette:
Clothing Optional: Must have and bring your own personal towel to sit on!
No alcoholic beverages please. No green lounge inside but feel free to take yourself outside for smoking or to the Juliet balcony located in the kitchen.
Shoes off at the door please! You can store them in the shoe cabinet in the hallway or under the hallway bench.
No food or beverage in the bedroom, but feel free to lounge in this space.
All potluck meals should be vegetarian or vegan. No Treenuts or Peanuts please. Label all of your dishes with ingredients for folks who may have allergies.
Be kind and courteous and clean up after yourself.
Dishes will be hand washed or put in the dishwasher. If you used a dish, you can clean a dish. ( No Wooden tools or cutting boards in the dishwasher please, they must be hand washed.)
10:30- 11:30pm is our chill hour, keep noise soft, light and airy and respectable to our neighbors.
Not feeling well? Please stay home, get rest and come when you are feeling better another time. Will always be here waiting for you.
