​In this session, TJ will walk you through how to create a foundational business development plan for a new venture—covering who to target first, what to say, and the common challenges founders face when asking for a deal or other forms of commitment.

​TJ Allison is an early-stage sales expert helping seed and pre-seed founders achieve their first million in sales. With experience at Google managing $80M in ad spend, he has a strong sales background from four startups, three of which exited.
