XMGlobal Collaborative Events

Mentorship Circles are designed to celebrate mentorship, spark meaningful conversations, and build community within the XMGlobal Collaborative. Each 60-minute session includes a spotlight on mentor/mentee stories, a discussion on the value of mentorship in experience management, and interactive sharing through breakout rooms or open mic prompts. We’ll also walk through how to get involved in XMGlobal Connections and offer support for making great matches. Whether you're new to mentorship or looking to deepen your connections, there's space for everyone to learn, reflect, and grow.

Initial meetings between mentors and mentees are generally enjoyed by both parties, but then what? In this session we explore strategies that can be employed by mentees and mentors alike to create recurring relationships that both benefit from.
