About Event
Feedback is one of the most powerful tools a manager has—whether you’re coaching your team or aligning with your own leaders. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to give and receive feedback in ways that build trust, increase clarity, and support growth at every level.
You will:
Practice the Welcome Feedback Model to make feedback conversations safer, clearer, and more productive
Strengthen your ability to give effective feedback both to your team and upward to senior leaders
Learn how to share observations, align on expectations, and create simple follow-through plans that stick
