Drop-in Coworking & Body Doubling with Hannah
Work alongside others. Get stuff done. Feel less alone doing it.
Body doubling is a super effective productivity strategy that works well for ADHD and neurodivergent brains, but everyone is welcome! It's pretty simple: you show up, you work on your tasks, and the presence of others helps you actually do them. What can you work on? Anything goes - work projects, homework, self-care, cleaning, you name it!
These virtual coworking sessions are warm, welcoming, and low pressure. There's no agenda, no sharing of work or screens required, and absolutely no judgment about what you're working on. Just a supportive space to focus and make some progress on whatever is on your plate.
Each session includes:
A warm welcome and brief check-in
Focused, silent work time with optional breaks
Light structure and time-keeping from your host
Quick support from an Executive Function coach if you get stuck or need a nudge
Sessions run 60 to 120 minutes and are offered weekly at varying times, with both daytime and occasional evening options. Need a time we don’t offer? Let us know what you’re looking for at hello@hannahchoi.me.
Check the calendar at https://luma.com/bodydoubling for upcoming dates.
Pay what you can:
Free: I’m just checking this out or payment is not in the budget right now.
$5: I’ve got some stuff to do and I’m grateful for this space.
$10: I’ve got some stuff to do, I’m grateful for this space, and maybe if I spend $10 I’ll work harder.
$15: I’m putting all my chips in. I’m struggling to get stuff done and I need external motivation.
Bonus! 20% of all body doubling session fees collected will be paid monthly to a charity chosen by our body doubling community!
