Organization - Partners for World Health

Partners for World Health (PWH) was founded in 2009 by Elizabeth McLellan to improve global health by redistributing surplus medical supplies and equipment to communities in need. What began as a grassroots effort has grown into a respected nonprofit dedicated to reducing medical waste, strengthening healthcare systems, and expanding access to essential resources locally and worldwide.

Duties: Sorting, cleaning, and packing of medical supplies. Other warehouse duties.

Dress Code: Please wear closed toed shoes and comfortable clothing, the warehouse does get chilly so feel free to bring an extra layer.

Additional details: When you arrive at 40 Quarry Road, Portland, you'll be met by Harry or another staff member who will oversee the group. We ask that you do not use your cell phones while volunteering except to take pictures!
