The event features two hot seats: one for an executive posing real challenges, and one for a professional offering solutions in real time.
Taking the executive seat is Keyonna Taylor, CEO of Key Focus Group, an operator and executor that helps build strategy and implement frameworks to support customer experience and retention Keyonna is known as Queen of Customer Success.
Taking Governance seat is Rayhaan Rasheed, Head of AI Strategy & GTM at Confiz. Rayhaan is advising Fortune 500 brands, including Under Armour, Walmart, and Mars, on AI transformation.
