

No Chili Left Behind: A Chinese Supper Club 🌶️
On March 6th, we are diving deep into the world of Xiangcai (湘菜)—Hunan cuisine. Known as one of the eight great traditions of Chinese cooking, it’s famous for its liberal, unapologetic use of chili peppers. It’s bold, savory, and deeply soul-warming.
We’ll be serving a set menu of 4 courses designed to showcase the "Southern Fire" of the Hunan province. Think: sizzling pans, lots of garlic, lots of chilis, and a decent amount of heat.

A few things to note before you book:
🥩 Menu: This is a fixed set menu that celebrates traditional flavors. It will contain meat (mainly pork and beef), nuts, and a lot of chilis. Because we are a small private kitchen, we cannot accommodate dietary changes or allergies for this session. It's a "spicy meat-lover" kind of night!
🍷 Wine Pairing: We’ve curated some delicious wines to balance the heat. The pairing is optional (+€20), but please note: we only open the bottles if 2 or more guests opt-in for the pairing. Strength in numbers!
🐈 Resident Hosts: There will be cats! My feline roommates will be co-hosting the evening. If you have a cat allergy or are a bit scared of cats, this might not be the right dinner for you.
🚫 Commitment: No cancellation. Since we shop and prep specifically for your seat at the table, please consider your schedule and commit to the pot before booking.
