CISO Build Night @ BlackHat
Being a CISO is hard. You're constantly juggling context across different workstreams and teams. You can't be in a thousand places at once to spot risks across your org, but an agent could.
Insecure Agents invites you to a Blackhat evening for CISOs to build an agent that surfaces the hidden risks across your org that nobody is flagging.
Between managing the team, the board, the auditors, and the deals, agents like this almost never get prioritized. We're carving out an evening to change that, with a small group of peers and the people who can help you ship something real before you leave.
Allie Howe, host of the Insecure Agents Podcast, and Ian Livingstone, Co-Founder and CEO of Keycard, will run the session. Keycard will power the build by making adding tools to your agent easy and by giving you end-to-end auditability across your coding agent session, your agent, and the MCP servers it talks to, so the agent you walk out with is one you can actually trust to run on your stack.
What we'll do:
Build an agent that reads across design docs, RFCs, code commits, incidents, and PRs to surface the themes nobody is catching
Wire up the tools and data sources you already use
Scope and authorize it through Keycard with full end-to-end auditability
Trade notes with the other CISOs in the room on what it surfaced
The room will be small by design. Bring your laptop and you'll leave with your hidden risks agent running. If you're a CISO at Blackhat who likes to build, this one is for you.
