About Your Speaker

Elizabeth Ruscitto, founder of 2122 Business & Career Coaching, spent twenty years in Silicon Valley tech leadership, including as Global Director at HubSpot and in an executive role at Leap Motion, managing $100M+ in products and building communities of over four million members across 180 countries. She eventually left corporate when the cost of staying outweighed everything the title and salary promised.

Now, as a career pivot and executive coach specializing in nervous system regulation, she helps high-performing professionals do the same: build a visible professional brand, translate their experience, and become a top candidate in any industry as AI reshapes the workforce and economic uncertainty shifts the rules.

Because she knows that knowing what to do and actually being able to do it are two different problems, and most career strategies miss the second one entirely. Her clients have negotiated $50K+ raises, taken career breaks, and still landed executive roles, without trading their health, relationships, or sanity to do it.
