A relaxed evening for HR, People & Talent experts to connect, exchange ideas, and talk about what’s really happening in the world of work.
We’re bringing together a small group of HR professionals for an informal networking evening in a private garden in the heart of Lisbon.
No presentations. No formal agenda. No sales pitches.
The evening will be hosted by two international HR experts:
Tatiana Koval
Development Director at Apostrof Digital, Brazil
An international HR consulting expert specializing in organizational culture transformation, employer branding, employee happiness, and wellbeing.
Tatiana is a member of the Brazilian HR Association (ABRH), a jury member of international HR awards and a mentor at the Latin America Leadership Academy.
She teaches at HSE University, MGIMO and Westminster International University Tashkent and works as an international speaker, trainer, facilitator and team coach for C-level teams.
Tatiana is also the host of Happy@Work, GoGlobal: Personal Branding Beyond Borders and Happy@Work Brazil & Portugal podcasts.

As a fractional CHRO, she designs human-AI team models, workforce structures and people strategies that support rapid growth without burning out culture or leadership capacity.
Dina has led HR and talent strategy in international IT companies and scaleups, working with teams of 3,000+ employees.
Today, she advises founders and C-level executives on organisational design, leadership effectiveness, hiring strategy, performance systems and AI-ready workforce transformation.
She regularly works with founders and CTOs on senior and technical hiring, including deep role-specific interviews for AI, LLM and ML engineering positions.
Her experience combines strategic execution with emotional intelligence — helping leadership teams make difficult decisions, move faster and align people, processes and business goals.
Dina has supported 100+ startups and digital companies across IT, AI, MarTech, FinTech and HR Tech, from early growth to scale stage.
She is also the founder of HRaid, an international HR community for HR leaders and executives, and an active mentor for Women in Tech leadership.
