Volunteer for the HCRP Primary Hand Count
Calling All Patriots!
The Hays County Republican County Executive Committee (your Precinct Chairs) approved a resolution on 10.20.2025, to pursue returning to Precinct based voting, eliminate electronic voting and tabulating systems and implement a tried and true Hand Counting system for one single day, the Hays County 2026 GOP Primary on Election Day, March 3, 2026.
Given this historic vote by the CEC, we are in need of volunteers as Judges and Clerks to support the Hand Count effort. Training for both Judges and Clerk hand counters will be made available from now until the March 2026 primary. It's time to get involved and help make this historic moment a reality.

Eligibility: You must be a Registered Voter in Hays County

If you are 16 years old, and not a registered voter, you may qualify as a Student Clerk:
•. Be at least 16 years old on Election Day
•. Be enrolled in a public, private, or qualified home school
• Be a U.S. citizen
