SWTHZ Pike & Rose is teaming up with [Solidcore] Wildwood and Bethesda for a free, exclusive staff wellness night!

Come try out your own private contrast therapy suite - equipped with infrared sauna, cold plunge, & vitamin C shower!

WHAT: Complimentary 30-minute contrast therapy sessions

WHERE: SWTHZ Pike & Rose (11564 Old Georgetown Rd)

WHEN: May 12, 7:00pm - 7:30pm

WHAT TO BRING:

A swimsuit or clothes you are comfortable getting sweaty & wet in.
A change of clothes for after your session.
A water bottle! Our Bevi machine is available for refills to stay hydrated.

We provide towels, shower soaps, and hair dryers.

Space is limited and reservations are first come, first served. You don't want to miss this!

Suites accommodate up to 2 people.
