Traditional Pranayama: Ancient Breathwork for Modern Life
Join us every Monday for traditional pranayama practice rooted in yogic wisdom. These classes combine hands-on breathwork techniques with foundational theoretical knowledge to deepen your understanding of this ancient practice.
Whether you're completely new to breathwork or have an established practice, all levels are welcome. We'll explore various pranayama techniques, their benefits, and the principles behind them in a supportive, accessible environment.
What to expect
Traditional pranayama techniques practiced step-by-step
Theoretical foundations and the "why" behind each practice
Guidance suitable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners
A blend of practice and learning

What to bring
Just yourself and comfortable clothing. If you'd like to take notes, feel free to bring a notebook.
Schedule
The classes will be held every Monday at 5:30 pm from February 2nd to March 23rd.
8 classes total
Each session is 1 hour (5:30 pm - 6:30 pm)
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of class

Pricing
8-Class Bundle: 800 kr for all 8 classes (pre-booking required by Feb 1st)
Drop-in: 150 kr per class (pre-booking required 2 hours before the session)

Mrigisha - a certified yoga and pranayama teacher who believes that conscious breathing is the beginning of a conscious lifestyle. Her journey combines ancient yoga with breathwork, while indulging her love for baking and cooking plant-based satvic meals. She is here to create a space where Stockholm's wellness seekers can come together, breathe deeply, and discover that healthy living can be both joyful and delicious.
