Rafael is a former software developer with 15+ years of experience who transitioned into coaching, leadership development, and human skills training. He has worked with more than 2000 professionals worldwide, helping tech people grow into leaders. With a background in psychology, expressive arts, and surf instruction, Rafael blends technical depth with human insight. He is currently open to work and is offering this session as a way to give back for all the support he has been receiving.
Alex Kliotzkin
Alex is a Director of Engineering and a seasoned Career and Leadership Coach with 17+ years of experience across big tech and startups. He has coached over 100 engineers into leadership roles, bringing a unique mix of engineering expertise, clarity, and career strategy. After 11 years at Qualcomm in San Diego, he relocated to Munich, where he continues helping engineers build meaningful, impactful careers.
