About Event
2.5 hours of unconventionally enjoyable, floor-based mobility designed to unstick the sticky spots and leave you moving smoother and fuller than you arrived.
In Gooey Body, we don’t yank on cranky tight bits. We move at the pace where deeper release actually happens.
I bring fascia-informed, flow-state-based practices.
You bring your body—and a willingness to explore the places that haven’t moved much this year (or maybe this decade).
Expect ooey-gooey mobility drills, floorwork-inspired transitions, and just enough play to feel alive again.
