PEOPLE LAB #3 | A People Mastermind
PEOPLE LAB #3 | A People Mastermind
One Challenge. One Team. One Action Plan.
What if you could bring a real HR challenge to a team of peers who approach it as if it were their own?
🌿 People LAB #3 is a People Mastermind: a 90-minute, facilitated co-development session where a small group of HR & People professionals comes together to work on one real challenge from the community.
Think of it as having your own HR taskforce for 90 minutes: a dedicated team bringing different experiences, perspectives and questions to help you move forward.
Using a structured framework, we'll go beyond sharing experiences or exchanging generic advice. We'll work together to deep dive into the selected challenge, explore possible approaches, prioritise solutions and turn the most promising ideas into a concrete action plan.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Register on Luma.
Save your spot and let us know if you'd like to participate. Have an HR challenge you'd like to move forward? Submit it by Thursday, 12 November. The community will vote in the WhatsApp group to select the challenge for the session.
2. Join the People LAB WhatsApp group.
This is where the co-development process begins: you'll be able to vote for the challenge we'll work on together and stay connected throughout the process. 👉 [JOIN THE PEOPLE LAB WHATSAPP GROUP]
3. Get ready for the Mastermind.
Look out for the case details and preparation guidance ahead of the session.
WHO IS IT FOR?
HR & People Leaders and professionals who want to learn from each other, challenge their assumptions and work on real organizational issues together.
You can join to contribute to a peer's challenge, propose your own, or do both. This is a space to think together, challenge assumptions and turn collective experience into practical action.
Spots are limited to preserve the quality of the discussion and give everyone the space to contribute meaningfully.
Who's behind People LAB?
I'm Giulia Miazzo, an HR professional with 10+ years of experience in tech companies and a background in Executive & Team Coaching.
Throughout my career, I've worked with People teams and leaders navigating growth, change and organizational challenges. I've seen how powerful it can be when people step out of their usual perspective, think together and turn different experiences into better decisions.
I created People LAB to make that kind of space more accessible to HR & People professionals: a place to learn from one another, work through real challenges and grow through collective intelligence.
See you in the LAB! 🌿
