Watch a real cross-platform mobile app go from a plain-English idea to running on an actual phone, using Kiro's spec-driven workflow (requirements → design → tasks). The demo shows every prompt, spec, and fix in real time so nothing feels like magic. Afterward, attendees use the tutorial guide plus Kiro to build an app for themselves and see it live on their own device. Beginner friendly.
October 22, 2026 (4:30pm CT - 6:30pm CT): Build a Customer Support Agent That Pays for Itself: RAG + LangGraph on Bedrock (Level 200· Intermediate)
Watch a production-style AI support agent get built for a fictional small business (think a local coffee roaster or e-commerce shop) that answers real customer questions from the company's own docs, escalates to a human when it's unsure, and measurably cuts the support load. The demo focuses on the thing that separates a toy chatbot from something a business will actually pay for: answers grounded in their knowledge, not the model's guesses. With the recording and tutorial guide, attendees rebuild the agent with Kiro and point it at their own (or a client's) knowledge base.
