​Motion: "This House believes that University is a SCAM!"

​Format:

​Debater 'For' for the Motion: 7 minutes.    →

​Debater 'Against' the motion: 7 minutes.      →

​Rebuttal 'For' the motion: 3 minutes.    →

​Rebuttal "Against" the motion: 3 minutes.

​Judicial questioning will have to be factored within the time limit allowed. You may ask for additional time within your speech time ONLY, but it will be up to the judge's discretion if to give any.

​According to the polls on Whatsapp, the preference is that the debaters will have a 'no questions allowed' time frame' during their debate, but will ONLY have this protection in the first, and last minute of their speech, and so this will be implemented!
