Join us for an Introduction to Hypnobirthing class in Toronto designed for expectant parents who want to better understand birth, reduce fear and learn practical techniques for creating a more positive and empowered birth experience.
Whether you are planning a hospital birth, birth centre birth or home birth, this welcoming session will introduce you to the foundations of hypnobirthing and show you how your mind, body and environment can work together during labour.
You do not need to have any previous knowledge of hypnobirthing to attend. Partners and support people are welcome.

As a certified birth doula, Hypnobirthing educator, postpartum doula and social service worker, Nina feels incredibly privileged to walk alongside families during one of the most transformative times in their lives.
Her passion is helping parents replace fear with confidence by understanding how birth works, trusting their instincts, and feeling empowered to make choices that are right for them.
By blending evidence-based education with practical tools and compassionate guidance, Nina helps parents approach birth with confidence, calm, and excitement.
About Our Host — Toronto Birth Centre
We’re honoured to gather at the Toronto Birth Centre, a welcoming, community-based space dedicated to pregnancy, birth, parenting and family wellness.
Led by Indigenous community members and midwives, the Toronto Birth Centre provides culturally safer, midwife-led care within a beautiful, purpose-built environment rooted in an Indigenous framework.
Beyond birth, the Centre is also a hub for education, community programming and resources that support families throughout pregnancy, postpartum and early parenthood.
Located at 525 Dundas Street East in Toronto, it provides a meaningful and fitting home for our community gathering.
