​Jecky is a lawyer by training and architect for the formation of Ayala's USD180mn investment fund.

​Jecky is Kickstart's AVP of Legal and Compliance. As Legal Director and member of the Investment Team, he is involved in legal and commercial diligence end-to-end, from deal evaluation to recommendation, structuring, closing, and post-closing.

​Jecky also assists Kickstart's portfolio companies by providing advice about corporate compliance, structuring, and set-up. Before Kickstart, Jecky was an associate attorney with Picazo Buyco Tan Fider & Santos before joining the firm of Siguion Reyna Montecillo & Ongsiako, focusing on corporate and labor law.

​Jecky holds a JD from the University of the Philippines Law School (2011)and an MBA from the Said Business School, Oxford University (2017)
