The Reckoning Room - September 2026
The Reckoning Room is where the Pod does its sharpest work.
It is the monthly working session. The space where conversation moves from theory to practice, from observation to accountability, from what we say about this work to what we are actually willing to do.
Each month, members gather in real time to engage with a focused theme drawn from the most pressing questions facing belonging and IDEA practitioners today. Topics rigorously span the full landscape of advanced practice: designing equitable systems, measuring belonging with rigor, leading through resistance, navigating global and political complexity, holding leaders accountable, and building the structural conditions in which people genuinely belong.
This is not a lecture. This is not a panel. This is a reckoning. An honest, working conversation among practitioners who are doing the work, examining the work, and refining the work together.
Every session is built around three commitments:
Honest exchange. Members bring real challenges, real questions, and real friction from their organizations. The room is built for candor, not performance.
Sharpened practice. Each session pushes participants beyond awareness into application. Members leave with frameworks, language, and approaches they can put into motion immediately.
Collective accountability. The work of belonging and IDEA is too important to do in isolation. The Reckoning Room is where members challenge one another, refine one another's thinking, and raise the standard of what this practice demands.
