Pickleball & Pilates

​We're teaming up with KGC Pilates for an afternoon designed to help you move with intention and play with confidence.

​Join us for a 45-minute Pilates mat session followed by pickleball open play in Prospect Park. Whether you're brand new to the game or a regular on the courts, this experience is open to all levels.

​This is more than just a workout—it's an opportunity to strengthen your body, connect with community, and enjoy a summer evening outdoors.
