The advice doesn't work anymore. Pick a path, follow the steps, arrive somewhere. Except the ground keeps moving underneath it. The industries everyone said were safe are being rebuilt, the tools change faster than anyone can learn them, and the plan you made two years ago is describing a world that no longer exists.
So everyone tells you the same thing instead: be adaptable. Almost nobody explains how you actually get good at it.
Adaptability isn't a trait you either have or don't. It's built through exposure, and most of us only get that by accident. The 2026 edition of the Project Access London Summit is built around that gap.
Under the theme Opportunity Through Uncertainty: Finding Direction During Disruption, we're bringing together people from finance, technology and social impact who have had to act without a map, and asking not what they achieved but how they thought.
