在 Hey Coach! 的節目裡，我們一直很關注一件事：
當世界越來越不確定，領導力還能怎麼被練習？
過去幾年，我們談了很多關於教練式領導、心理安全感、組織變革與發展，以及團隊如何在複雜環境中彼此協作與支持的主題。
「應用即興（Applied Improv）」其實和這些主題有很深的呼應。
即興並不只是表演，它更像是一種團隊互動的練習：
如何感知彼此、
如何在沒有標準答案時共同前進、
如何接住他人的提議、
如何在不確定中仍然保持連結與信任。
這些能力，其實也正是許多團隊與領導者每天正在面對的挑戰。
因此，Hey Coach! 特別邀請曾來過節目的來賓 Jeffrey Schwab，也是Uncertain Pathfinders Podcast主持人，帶來這場以 Applied Improv 為核心的體驗式工作坊。
我們期待，這不只是一次學習「即興」的活動，
而是一個能透過身體感、互動與現場經驗，
重新理解團隊合作與領導可能性的空間。

當人生沒有劇本時，領導力會是什麼模樣？
領導力並不是擁有所有答案，而是學習如何在當下傾聽、適應、回應、合作，並持續前進——尤其是在面對不確定的時刻。
這場互動式工作坊結合了應用即興（Applied Improv）、教練引導、帶領技巧與體驗式學習，探索「領導」如何成為一種每時每刻都能練習的能力。
透過體驗活動、反思、身體移動與小組互動，參與者將發展以下實用能力：
面對不確定的能力
溝通與臨場感
適應型領導力
協作與信任建立
在壓力下創造性回應
在沒有完全確定時仍能帶領與前進

At Hey Coach!, we’ve been continually exploring one core question:
As the world becomes more uncertain, how can leadership still be practiced?
Over the past few years, we’ve had many conversations around coaching leadership, psychological safety, organizational development and transformation, and how teams can better collaborate and support one another in complex environments.
What we’ve come to realize is that Applied Improv resonates deeply with many of these themes.
Improvisation is not just about performance.
It is also a practice of team interaction:
How do we sense and respond to one another?
How do we move forward together without clear answers?
How do we build on each other’s ideas?
How do we stay connected and supportive in uncertainty?
These are exactly the kinds of challenges many leaders and teams face every day.
That’s why Hey Coach! is excited to partner with Uncertain Pathfinders and invite its founder, Jeffrey Schwab, one of our previous guests on the show, to facilitate this experiential workshop centered around Applied Improv.
We hope this workshop will be more than simply “learning improv.”
Instead, we see it as a space to rediscover new possibilities for collaboration and leadership through embodied learning, interaction, and shared experience.

What does leadership look like without a script?
Leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about learning how to listen, adapt, respond, collaborate, and move forward in real time — especially when facing Uncertainty.
This interactive workshop brings together applied improvisation, coaching, facilitation, and embodied learning practices to explore leadership as something we practice moment by moment.
Through experiential activities, reflection, movement, and group interaction, participants will develop practical skills for:
navigating uncertainty
communication and presence
adaptive leadership
collaboration and trust
responding creatively under pressure
leading without needing full certainty
