Or maybe you're already building one, and while everyone else seems to be growing faster, you can't help but wonder if you'll ever make it.
Or perhaps, from the outside, everything looks great. You've raised funding, your team is growing, people congratulate you on your success. Yet inside, you carry an enormous amount of pressure and the constant fear of letting down the people who believed in you.
And then there's life—the part that continues beyond work: the relationship that ended, the loneliness, the struggle of trying to hold everything together.
That's why 8 Anime exists.
For two hours, eight people gather around a table and give themselves permission to stop performing.
One by one, everyone shares how they're really doing—their doubts, fears, emotional struggles, and the parts of themselves that usually stay hidden.
We sit down as strangers.
We leave having discovered that, despite completely different careers, backgrounds, and lives, we are far more alike than we ever imagined.
And somehow, we leave feeling a little less alone.
