About Phil Balliet:
Phil has helped startups raise more than $250 Million in Seed, Series A, and B rounds. He has founded multiple companies and experienced the accompanying highs and lows from winding a company down to getting acquired. He led product and design teams, freelanced for several StartX portfolio companies, and worked as the founding designer for several startups (especially in Ed-Tech and Fin-Tech). Among these include: Nearpod, Current, Kiva, Branch International, and Proven Skincare. Besides helping startups grow, he is a Bay Area native who enjoys philosophy and theater.
