She began her journey as a Counter Manager for prestigious brands such as Estée Lauder and Clinique, where she honed her skills in makeup artistry and customer service. Her expertise quickly grew, leading her to become a sought-after freelance artist for Lancôme, where she perfected her craft.
In 2019, Maya made the bold move back to her hometown of New York City, a hub of creativity and fashion. Here, she launched her own freelance makeup business MayaLoops Makeup Artistry, catering to a diverse clientele. Maya specializes in commercial and film makeup artistry, as well as fashion and editorial work, bringing a unique blend of creativity, precision, and passion to every project she undertakes.
