​What is Match & Scale?

​Match & Scale is not a job fair. It's a curated recruiting event where every conversation is intentional. You apply, we review your profile, and if selected, we match you with startups that fit your skills, interests, and ambitions.

​On the day, you'll have 3 structured matchmaking rounds of 15 minutes each, followed by open networking. You walk in knowing who you're meeting. They know who you are. No cold conversations, no wasted time.
