Time: Doors open at 10:30 AM. The meeting begins once the room fills, usually about 15β20 minutes after.
The yoga practice runs for about one hour with time after to socialize.
ββπΏ What to Expect
Weβre a club, not a class. Come as you are, say hello to the people around you, and settle in.
ββOur Vinyasa Refresh meetings are for all levels and run about an hour. Expect to move and breath through an energizing set of standing postures and rejuvenating poses on the floor.
ββWe understand that life happens. Sometimes that means showing up late, in your pajamas, or both. We leave some time at the beginning of our meetings to ease in and socialize.
ββπ± After Yoga
Stick around. We'll check out Farm. One's incredible hydroponic farm and enjoy brick oven pizzas and brunch beverages from Pizza Party. All made with fresh ingredients locally grown on site.
