New & Prospective Member Orientation

​Thinking about joining The Society of Working Moms, or already in and want to make sure you're getting the most out of it? This session is your chance to see what SOWM actually looks like day-to-day, ask real questions, and meet a few fellow members before (or after) you commit.

​I'm Carisa, SOWM's Head of Member Experience, and I'll walk you through:

• ​What SOWM is: a Slack-based community for working moms, built around your schedule instead of the other way around. We're mainly an async community, so you can say the real thing at 11pm once the kids are asleep, no judgment.

• ​What membership includes: group coaching with our accredited coaching staff, expert- and member-led sessions, a quarterly book club, and IRL meet-ups when enough of us are in the same city.

• ​Who it's for: any working mom, whatever stage, industry, or mindset you're coming from. Solo contributor or leading a team, brand new to motherhood or years in, if you're building a career and raising kids at the same time, you belong here.

​We'll leave plenty of time for your questions, whether that's about pricing, what a typical week in Slack looks like, or whether this is the right fit for where you're at right now. No pressure, no pitch, just an honest look so you can decide for yourself.
