Conscious Intimacy Games -- Toronto
After a powerful and healing premiere in May, the monthly practice continues.
Conscious Intimacy Games has been running globally for years across Canada, the US, Mexico, Costa Rica, and beyond. Toronto now has its own monthly residency and this is your invitation to be part of it.
In a city this fast, interactions can stay on the surface.
The pace can leave us feeling isolated even when surrounded by people. We are creating a space where depth, warmth, and real connection are not only possible but practiced.
Many of us spend time navigating surface level interactions while craving something deeper. It is common to feel like we have to keep our guards up just to get through the day.
Conscious Intimacy Games are designed to offer an alternative.
Through structured exercises we move from verbal connection into non-verbal, touch-based presence. It is a practice of honesty, vulnerability, and nervous system regulation.
There is no nudity, no kissing, and no genital touching. This is not a dating event or a singles mixer. It is a space to practice being human together.
You will walk away feeling more grounded, more relaxed, and more capable of creating real connection.
No partner needed.
Most people come alone and that is exactly how it is meant to be experienced. If you want to bring someone and deepen your connection with them throughout the night you are welcome to stay together for every game.
The Flow of the Night
5:55 PM to 6:30 PM -- Arrival and Connection We begin with an opening game designed to move you quickly past small talk and into genuine presence with the people around you.
6:30 PM -- Closed Container To maintain the safety and focus of the group, doors close promptly at 6:30 PM. No entry is permitted after this time. No exceptions.
6:30 PM to 7:30 PM -- The Talk Phase Structured group games focused on honesty, expressing truth, and setting boundaries.
7:30 PM to 7:40 PM -- Break and Transition A short break to reset. We transition into Noble Silence for the remainder of the evening.
7:40 PM to 9:00 PM -- The Touch Phase Non-verbal, touch-based games designed for deep nervous system regulation and presence.
9:00 PM to 9:30 PM -- Integration We circle up to close. With minimal words and statements to be mindful of your state. Then we open the space for gentle grounded social time before you find your way home.

Q. What if I don't want to play a certain game? A. We encourage you to listen to your body and play at your own edge. You are always welcome to take a break or simply choose not to play a game.
Q. What if I don't want to play with a certain person? A. We prioritize your boundaries. You can simply say no, ask someone else to play, or sit out. No explanation needed.
Q. Do I need to come with a partner? A. Not at all. Most people come solo and find that is where the magic is. If you would like to bring someone and explore the night together that is completely welcome. You are free to stay with them for every game.
Q. What if I am not good at this? A. There is no performance here. The goal is not to be good at connecting. It is to be honest about how you are feeling in the moment.
Q. Is this the same as counselling or therapy? A. While these games are therapeutic they are not the same as counselling or therapy. If you have any serious mental or emotional health concerns we recommend speaking to your doctor before attending.
Q. Is this going to be a triggering event? A. Some people feel triggered during these events for different reasons. We welcome all types of emotional experiences so long as it is safe for others in attendance. At any point you can take a break or ask for support from the facilitator.
Q. What should I wear and how should I prepare? A. Wear something comfortable you can sit, breathe, and gently move in. Cozy, soft, and layered is perfect. Out of respect for the close proximity nature of this practice and the sensitivity of those around you, we kindly ask that you arrive freshly showered using unscented soap and shampoo and free of perfume, cologne, or heavily scented products. This small act of care makes a meaningful difference for everyone in the room.
