Join us for a guided journaling session led by journaling coach and facilitator Ana Juma, designed to help you slow down, make sense of the past months, and reconnect with your inner clarity.
Together, we’ll explore what the year has brought you so far, where you find yourself right now, and what is asking to shift, so you can move into the next season with more intention, direction, and self-trust.

A 90-minute guided online session where you’ll be led through:
A short grounding practice to retrieve memories
A guided reflection on the past months
Journaling exercises to identify what feels aligned — and what doesn’t
Space to reconnect with your intentions and direction
Optional sharing and connection with other journalers
After the session, you’ll receive the journaling exercises (PDF) and the recording (available for 30 days), so you can revisit the practice anytime.

Ana Juma is a certified journaling facilitator who helps people slow down, turn inward, and build a deeper relationship with themselves through writing. In a world that moves fast and floods us with constant information, she creates space for reflection — guiding people to reconnect with what they think, feel, and need. Her work combines structured journaling techniques with reflective practices to support clarity, emotional awareness, and more intentional living.
