Guided Journaling: Mid-Year Reflection ☀️
☀️ Reflect on Spring & Realign for Summer
As we approach halfway through the year, the summer solstice marks a special moment to pause, reflect, and celebrate what has unfolded so far — both externally and internally.
Join us for a guided journaling session led by journaling coach and facilitator Ana Juma, designed to help you slow down, make sense of the past months, and reconnect with your inner clarity.
Together, we’ll explore what the year has brought you so far, where you find yourself right now, and what is asking to shift, so you can move into the next season with more intention, direction, and self-trust.
🌹 Who is this for?
Women who:
Feel the need to pause and check in with themselves
Want to make sense of the past months with more clarity
Are navigating change, growth, or subtle inner shifts
Value intentional living and meaningful conversations
Long to connect with like-minded women
No prior journaling experience is needed — just a willingness to explore.
✍🏽 What to expect
A 90-minute guided online session where you’ll be led through:
A short grounding practice to retrieve memories
A guided reflection on the past months
Journaling exercises to identify what feels aligned — and what doesn’t
Space to reconnect with your intentions and direction
Optional sharing and connection with other women
After the session, you’ll receive the journaling exercises (PDF) and the recording, so you can revisit the practice anytime.
🤍 A note on the space
This is a women-only workshop, created to feel safe, intimate, and supportive, with only 15 seats available.
While sharing is never mandatory, it is gently encouraged — as part of the intention is not only to connect inward, but also with one another, and meet like-minded women.
