About Event

Turn psychosocial risk data into better decisions, meaningful action and conversations leaders understand.

HR knows psychosocial safety matters. But identifying the hazards is only part of the job.

You've run the surveys. Collected the data. Looked at incidents, absence, turnover and employee feedback.

But what is all that information actually telling you about your organisation? And what happens next?

In this Humaneer Think Tank, we're looking at how HR and safety teams can move beyond treating psychosocial risk as a compliance exercise and start using the information to understand what's happening across the business.

What happens when you connect psychosocial risk with workload, leadership, turnover, organisational change, performance and cost?

And how do you turn those insights into action that makes work safer and better for people?

We're bringing together two perspectives:

  • Kim Lion, GM Business Operations and Transformation at Prime Financial Group, who will share the realities of tackling psychosocial risk inside an organisation. What they were trying to solve, what they've learned, what's changed and what they're still working through.

  • Harrison Kennedy, CEO and Co-Founder of ReFresh, who will bring a broader perspective on how organisations can use psychosocial risk information to make better decisions and build stronger conversations with leadership.

What we'll explore

  • What psychosocial risk data can reveal beyond compliance.

  • How to connect the dots between employee experience, organisational risk and business performance.

  • How to move from identifying hazards to deciding what needs to change, and who needs to own it.

  • How to take psychosocial risk insights to executives and Boards in language that makes sense to them.

  • How to build employee trust by doing something meaningful with what people tell us.

This isn't a technology demonstration or another conversation about ticking the compliance box.

It's about making better use of information, asking better questions and turning insight into action.

Come ready to join the conversation

Humaneer Think Tanks aren't webinars. We want your questions, experiences and different perspectives in the room.

Send us your questions when you register. We'll bring some of the tricky ones into the conversation, including those people are often too polite to ask.

Because Humaneer doesn't exist to give HR more to consume. We create better things to participate in.
