Wanna start running, but not sure where to start? Do you find Slow Poke Run Club's pace still a little too fast? Then WELCOME to the EXTRA Slow Poke Run!
We run the slowest pace available at Slow Poke Run Club (and in all of Berlin!) with our pacer Meg, and each Wednesday, we increase our distance ran through the month of September!
SEPTEMER 2: Run and Walk with LOL X Slow Poke (2km at 8:30/km alternating between walking and running)
SEPTEMBER 9: 2km run @ 8:30/km
SEPTEMBER 16: Intervals + Calisthenics with Valentino (break week)
SEPTEMBER 23: 3km run @ 8:30/km
SEPTEMBER 30: 4km run @ 8:30/km
*please note there will be no bag drop available for any of these Wednesday events!
