Session Summary
In this talk, Maisaa Saadeh shares her unconventional path into technical training and enablement within the security and technology space and what that journey has taught her about leadership, influence, and credibility as a woman in a highly technical field.
Drawing from over a decade of experience building and scaling global training programs across major technology organizations, Maisaa reflects on how enablement functions as a force multiplier: translating complex systems into human understanding, shaping adoption, and driving meaningful impact at scale.
She explores the realities of navigating technical authority as a woman, the moments that defined her leadership voice, and why teaching is often one of the most underestimated forms of influence in security and privacy.

This session offers both personal insight and practical reflection for women navigating technical careers, especially those building influence not just through what they know, but through how they empower others to succeed.
