🌿 An evening of breathwork, embodiment, and nervous system regulation facilitated by Michelle Karunaratne.
Somatic breathwork uses conscious breathing techniques to help release tension, reconnect with the body, and access deeper states of presence and self-awareness.
Through a carefully facilitated practice, participants are invited to slow down, soften habitual patterns, and cultivate a greater sense of ease, resilience, and vitality.
Whether you’re completely new to breathwork or have an existing practice, you’re welcome here.
