IRL: 2026 Unwrapped - Big Up Club reflections evening

​You've spent the year launching things, defending budgets, growing your team and making everyone else look brilliant. When did you last stop and look at what you did?

​2026 Unwrapped is an evening to do exactly that.

​We'll work back through your year properly, the highs, the dips and everything you've forgotten, and turn it into something you can actually use.

​Before the event we'll share a short form for you to send to the people who've worked alongside you this year. On the night, you'll open your own '2026 Unwrapped' card, summarising what your peers saw and the difference you made.

​You'll leave clear on what you achieved, what you learnt, and what you're taking with you.
